Drumming & Percussion with Julian Franks
Julian Franks began playing the drum kit aged eleven. He then went on to study Indian Tabla & Darabouka, & was the drummer/percussionist in world music fusion group 'Jambience'. He now runs children's workshops in schools & drum circles for adults.

Julian will have a large selection of drums including Djembes, Dun Duns, Daraboukas, Tablas, Hang, Marimba, various percussion... and more. Julian will give a small demonstration of these instruments & then facilitate a group session, in a drum circle format, showing some basic rhythms, which can be improvised around. He will also be showing some drum percussion techniques. Julian will also be joining Roz & Ant 'Earthdance' for Resonical Rhythms (Trance Dance). www.julesfranks.com
